Delete your account

HoleApp (published by MOHAMED ET TAMMAR) lets you permanently delete your account and data.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open the app › Profile › Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Type the confirmation word and tap Delete forever.

Without the app

Email ettammar.dev@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and your account code (Settings › Account). Because accounts are anonymous, the code is how we identify yours. We process requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, date of birth, preferences, approximate location, private reveal info and photos, the messages you sent in chats and rooms, likes, matches (ended and anonymised for the other person), blocks, mutes, room memberships, device tokens and subscription status.

What may be kept

Reports filed about your account may be kept for up to 180 days after resolution for safety and legal reasons. Analytics and crash data are kept according to Firebase retention settings and are not linked to your profile. Google Play keeps its own purchase records; deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel in Google Play › Subscriptions.
