Terms of Service

This document describes how the app actually works. Have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer for your jurisdictions (e.g. Morocco Law 09-08, GDPR for EU users) before publishing.
1. Who can use the app
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). By using HoleApp you confirm that the date of birth you enter is true. Accounts of minors are removed.
2. Your account
Your account is anonymous and tied to your device. If you delete app data, reinstall, or change device, you may lose access to the account. You're responsible for activity on your account.
3. Content and conduct
You must follow the Community Guidelines. You keep ownership of what you post and give us a limited licence to host, display and process it to operate the service and keep it safe. We may remove content and restrict, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms.
4. Meeting people
We don't run background checks. Be careful when sharing personal information or meeting in person; read our safety tips.
5. Premium subscription
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Google Play at the price shown before purchase. It renews automatically until you cancel in Google Play › Subscriptions; cancelling stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Google Play's policies. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Free users can use the core features (discovery, matching, chat, rooms) with daily like limits and ads.
6. Availability
The service is provided "as is". We may change or discontinue features.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may terminate accounts for violations.
